Shipping 

We mainly use USPS-Canada Post.

We also have low Fedex Express rates. This is the best option for international clients. Remember Fedex does not ship to PO boxes.

We do our best to ship same day on orders received before 12:00 / NOON eastern time on weekdays. We do not ship on weekends or on statutory holidays. 

Orders are ready to ship in 1 - 6 business days. Custom orders or rings are shipped in 1 - 2 weeks.  Free shipping option may take up to 10 days to arrive, Fedex shipping times are 2-4 days on average based on shipping locations.

Shipping from Russell, Ontario, Canada.

If the buyer lives in Ontario or Québec, we may use DICOM if a phone number is provided at checkout. To use DICOM we need to contact the buyer to set up a time for delivery. 

The buyer must pay customs and import taxes that can apply. We are not responsible for delays in shipping due to customs.

 

Return and Exchange Policy 

If the buyer is not satisfied with the product received, the buyer must call or email us to inform us of the problem within 7 days of receipt. If we are unable to correct the situation after communicating, the buyer may return the product at their expense within seven days of receiving it for a credit toward another purchase. The product must be in the same condition as received; in a new and unused condition. The credit will be of the value of the product only.

There is no credit or refund for shipping costs, customized items, NO EXCEPTIONS. 

The credit will be available only when we receive the returned product. We reserve the right to charge a return shipping fee on orders returned at any time at our discretion.
